• Partners and sponsors

We work with organisations across all industries and sectors to support female talent. This can complement or augment internal initiatives, and be developed in collaboration with your team. Past events include:

    • Taking control of your finances - a two-hour workshop sponsored by Fidelity following the publication of their report on the Financial Power of Women. Led by Fidelity’s Investment Director, Maike Currie and held at Fidelity's offices with strong attendance from employees and BroadMinded members. Fidelity's sponsorship package also included co-branded collateral and featured articles in the monthly BroadMinded newsletter, reaching over 2000 members.
    • Future of Women in the City with Schroder's - a conversation with CEO Peter Harrison, who took us through the challenges and successes he has faced in his efforts to bring diversity into the City of London. Formed part of Schroder's equality campaign and helped to highlight their efforts and achievements to date.

The organisations we have worked with endorse a long list of benefits from collaborating with BroadMinded:

    • Bring your internal initiatives to life, by tapping into our network of speakers, venues and successful previous event formats.
    • Take away the effort and complexity of organising internal events
    • Showcase your internal efforts to support the women in your organisation, increasing awareness with your workforce, future talent clients and the public
    • Creating opportunities for your staff to network with our members and attend engaging events

Please get in touch with us at hello@broadminded.org

We hear from inspiring speakers such as Alexandra Shulman, Jayne-Anne Gadhia, Miriam Gonzalez and Lynda Gratton.

We empower our members with skills for success including negotiation training from a Scotland Yard hostage negotiator, communication training from a Harvard professor and coding from Decoded.

These can be evening events, breakfast ‘power hour’s, social drinks or dinners, workshops, multi-week courses or focus groups such as that on the recent government report on ‘Women in Finance’.

Society needs more women in positions of influence and businesses need more women at the top to maximise financial performance.

There are many skilled and experienced women who would excel in these roles, but they need adequate support in the middle of their careers to get there. BroadMinded offers that support.

We create a third space between work and home where talented and dynamic women from all sectors can meet, talk honestly about the challenges they face, and learn from each other’s experiences.

BroadMinded is a community of over 1200 women.

Our members are from a diverse range of industries, from finance and professional services to tech, media, politics and creative industries.

We are a community for all, but in particular we aim to support those facing the leadership challenges of the crucial middle stage of their careers.
