We realise the uncertainty this creates, and we want to help you find answers to any questions you have about your employment rights, whether it be about returning from, or starting, maternity leave, redundancy packages, or bonus claims.


We enlisted the help of Elizabeth Cowper, an HR consultant from the Ludo Partnership & founder of the WoMo Network supporting working mothers, as well as Yvonne Cooper, a partner and employment lawyer from law firm Harbottle, to outline the major challenges and changes faced by many.
